These are some great abdominal exercises that will help to strengthen, build, and develop your core! Here, Michelle Williams demonstrates some movements that will help build and develop your upper and lower abdomen, as well as your obliques. You can choose to focus on one of these moves per day and do it in between sets, or you can combine them and do one tough ab circuit! The main focus here is that Michelle is using proper form, this will make for an efficient workout as well as reduce her risk of injury. Remember eyes up, core tight, and breathe!
